Prototyping

Built a prototype Proof of Concept using a microcontroller, ICs, C++ etc. to streamline error detection on all test systems 

Electric Vehicle ECU

Facilitated development of ECU test systems for the Rivian R1S and R1T 1st & 2nd generation models

Systems Integration

Developed & integrated hardware – software systems, serving as the basis for cross-functional team design

The software systems are compromised of a hardware API developed in C++, a Python main program that accesses the API and utilises Structured Query Language (SQL) to interact with a database, all of which I developed 

Driver Programming

• Updated a Radio Frequency instrument driver with Python, eliminating bugs & reconciling it with those on the production line

Leadership

Represented and led 81 interns as a Rivian Explorer and member of the Internship Leadership Committee

Instrumentation

Researched, set up, programmed and tested High-end instrumentation, helping the team determine the best one

Cross-functional Collaboration

Worked with cross-functional engineering groups to define system and test requirements and system definitions from schematics and block diagrams and to implement them

Innovative Problem-solving

• Developed a technology using SolidWorks, pneumatics etc., capable of saving the company $211, 320 per year

Vehicle Manufacturing

• Facilitated Fiat Chrysler Automobiles WS Project (2022 Jeep (Grand) Wagoneer) door & console production

 Utilised Human Machine Interfaces & Manufacturing Execution Systems to troubleshoot manufacturing issues

 

Hardware

• Performed over 8 Hardware Installations including Cameras & Desktop Mini PCs, improving defect detection

• Engaged in RFID tag reprogramming, ensuring organised storage and shipping of produced car Instrument Panels

Industrial Robotics​

• Used Teach Pendants to debug 8 FANUC robots faults per shift, preventing customer shutdown and idle labour

Product Testing

• Produced and tested 7 red rabbits, enhancing product testing and customer satisfaction

• Engaged in product inspection using USS vision system and observation, ensuring only non-defective products are sold to the customer

Fault Handling & Damage Prevention

• Observed production lines and equipment failures and conducted root-cause analyses, resolving concerns

• Conducted In-System Damage cause detection and deterrence, enhancing the quality of products

•  Facilitated enhanced learning by setting up over 100 mechatronics kits for use by students in the program

•  Tested the parts supplied, ensuring quality and functional parts were incorporated in the technology developed

Inventory Management

•  Organised and managed inventory of resources and packages, ensuring smooth and effective operations
